Accord Fog Lights OnWith Key Off
If the fog lights on a '90-91 Accord stay on with the ignition switch turned off, chances are the fog light harness isn't connected properly. The under-dash fuse box has four accessory terminals located just above the fuses. From left to right, they're numbered 1, 2, 3, and 5. Make sure the RED/BLK wire is connected to the number 3 terminal and the WHT wire is connected to the number 5 terminal.
