Shoulder Buckle Motor Test





1. Remove the center pillar lower trim panel.
2. Disconnect the 2-P connector from the shoulder buckle motor.
3. Test motor operation by connecting battery leads to the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals.
Test the motor in each direction, by switching the leads from the battery.

CAUTION: When the motor stops running, disconnect a battery terminal immediately.

4. If the motor does not run, replace the shoulder seat belt rail assembly.

NOTE: Driver's motor shown: front passenger's motor similar.
