Compressor Clutch Relay: Description and Operation

A/C Compressor Clutch Relay:

The Compressor Clutch Relay, mounted on the the left fender well behind the headlamp, is activated by the ECU to engage the compressor clutch.
When the ECU receives a demand for cooling from the air conditioning system (A/C switch), it delays the compressor from being energized to assure smooth transition to the A/C mode.
