Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair

REAR DRUM BRAKE TYPE
Remove the parking brake cable from the backing plate using a 12 mm offset wrench as shown.

REAR DISC BRAKE MODEL - "SE-i"
Remove the lock pin and disconnect the parking brake cable from the lever, then remove the clip.
