Thermal Limiting Fuse: Service and Repair

Thermal Protector Replacement
1. Remove the pressure plate and field coil.





2. Pull the rubber cap out from the thermal protector.
3. Remove the screws and wire clips.
4. Remove the circlip and thermal protector.





5. Install in the reverse order of removal

NOTE:
^ Replace the 0-rings with new ones.
^ Set the new 0-rings in place as shown.
