Brake Rotor/Disc: Service and Repair

NOTE: The Kwik-Lathe produced by Kwik-Way Manufacturing Co. and the "Front brake disc lathe" offered by Snap-on Tools Co. are approved for this operation.

NOTE: If rotor is not serviceable, replace using the following steps.

Caliper Removal And Installation:

1. Remove brake hose clamp from the steering knuckle.
2. Remove the caliper bolt, then remove the caliper.
3. Remove the caliper bracket.
4. Remove and replace rotor.
5. Reverse steps outlined above to reassemble.
