PROBLEM

A bouncing or "jogging" sensation in ride quality from the right side of the front-end while driving over a wavy or rolling road surface (such as freeways made of concrete slabs that have sagged or settled in the middle). It is not the normal front-to-back rocking motion caused by such a road surface. The steering wheel does not vibrate as it does with tire unbalance.
