Air Control Valve B

1. Disconnect vacuum hose from air control valve and connect suitable hand vacuum pump to valve.
2. Disconnect air hose from vacuum hose manifold and connect suitable pressure gauge and hand pump to hose. Blow air into hose.
3. When vacuum is applied to diaphragm of air control valve, air should flow and gauge should not register any pressure. When vacuum is release, air should not flow and gauge should register pressure.
4. If valve fails above check, replace valve and repeat test.
