Check voltage on the following conditions.

(Connect the (+) side of the battery voltage to the controller terminal (8) and the (-) side to (2) and (4)
(1)-ground.... Approx. 12 V
(Connect the (+) side of the battery voltage to the controller terminal (8) and the (-) side to (2) , (6) and (7).)
(1) - ground ... Approx. 12 V

If specified voltage is not present, replace the controller.
Refer to steps No. 1 and No. 2 in "REAR WASHER MOTOR" removal steps.
