REMOVAL

NOTE:
Preparation: Disconnect Battery Ground Cable.
Raise the Vehicle and support with suitable safety stands.




1. Remove the Transfer under cover. Disconnect two harness bracket.
^ Disconnect two harness bracket.




2. Remove the 3rd crossmember.




3. Disconnect the front Oxygen (O2) sensor harness connector and rear O2 sensor harness connector.
4. Remove the three way catalytic converter fixing nuts. Remove three way catalytic converter at exhaust manifold.
5. Remove three way catalytic converter fixing bolts and nuts. Remove three way catalytic converter at RH pipe side and exhaust silencer.
6. Remove the three way catalytic converter.

INSTALLATION
- To install follow the removal steps in the reverse order.
- Tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque.

Torque:
3rd Crossmember - 50 N.m (37 lb-ft)
Transfer Under Cover - 46 N.m (34 lb-ft)
TWC Fixing Nuts (Exhaust Manifold side) - 67 N.m (49 lb-ft)
TWC Fixing Nuts & Bolts (RH side & Exhaust Silencer side) - 43 N.m (32 lb-ft)
