Starter Motor Running Too Slow

1. Check battery and wiring.
2. Insufficient contact of starter solenoid contacts.
3. Layer short circuit of armature.
4. Disconnected, worn or burned armature.
5. Worn brushes.
6. Weakened brush springs.
7. Burned or abnormally worn end bushings.
