Thermostat: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove two attaching bolts, then thermostat cap from intake manifold.
4. Remove thermostat and gasket.
5. Clean gasket surfaces thoroughly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
