Backup Lamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the backup lamp socket.
2. Remove the 2 nuts that retain the backup lamp to the fascia.
3. Remove the back up lamp from the fascia.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the back up lamp to the fascia.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the 2 backup lamp retaining nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 10.0 N.m (88 lb in).

3. Install the backup lamp socket.
