Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the valve rocker arm cover.
^ Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement (Right).
^ Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement (Left).
2. Remove the valve rocker arm and the valve push rod. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Removal.
3. Clean and inspect the valve rocker arm and the valve pushrod. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rods Clean and Inspect.

Installation Procedure
1. Install the valve rocker arm and the valve pushrod. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Installation.
2. Install the valve rocker arm cover.

^ Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement (Left).
