DISC, ROTOR REPLACEMENT
(K-3500 Model with 8 Lugs Wheels)

Hub, Knuckle, And Control Arm Components:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

^ Raise the vehicle and support it with suitable safety stands.

1. Tire and wheel.
2. Brake caliper.
3. Nut (120).

4. Hub/Rotor retaining bolts (21).

Removing Rotor From Spindle. K3500 Models:

5. Using wheel puller, remove rotor assembly.

INSPECT
^ All parts replace as necessary.

INSTALL OR CONNECT




1. Hub/Rotor (20) to the hub and bearing assembly.




2. Rotor and hub assembly to axle.

TIGHTEN
^ Bolts (21) 180 Nm (133 lbs. ft.).
^ Nut (120) 235 Nm (173 lbs. ft.).

3. Brake caliper.
4. Tire and wheel.
^ Lower the vehicle.
^ Depress the brake pedal.
