Test C: Anti-Lock (ABS) Hydraulic Pump Motor Circuit Failure
Test C: Anti-Lock (ABS) Hydraulic Pump Motor Circuit FailureRefer to Vehicle/Diagrams, Vehicle Dynamic Systems for schematic and connector information.
Normal Operation
The operating voltage required to supply the ABS module, hydraulic pump and isolation valves is in a range between 10 and 16 volts.
Voltage is supplied by the battery junction box (BJB) through circuit 30-CF13 (RD) (hot at all times), circuit 30-CF6 (RD) (hot at all times) and circuit 15-CF6 (GN/YE) (hot in run). Ground is provided through circuit 31-CF6 (BK).
Possible Causes
^ Fuse
^ Circuit open
^ ABS module
TEST C: DTC C1095 - ABS HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR CIRCUIT FAILURE
CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
