Transmission Support Insulator









Removal

1. NOTE: The transmission support insulator studs may come out of the transmission support insulator while removing the transmission support insulator-to-crossmember nuts. Install new transmission support insulator studs if the studs come out.
Remove the transmission support crossmember.

2. Remove the transmission support insulator from the extension housing.
- Discard the bolts.






Installation

1. If required, install new transmission support insulator studs.
- Tighten to 75 Nm (55 lb-ft).

2. Install the transmission support insulator and the new transmission support insulator-to-transmission bolts.
- Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).






3. Install the transmission support crossmember.
