Radiator Grille Support









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the headlamp assemblies.

2. Remove the horn.

3. Position aside the hood release cable.
- Open the hood release cable cover and disconnect the cable.

- Disconnect the hood release cable hold down pin-type retainer from the upper radiator and grille support and position the hood release cable aside.






4. Remove the radiator grille lower support lower bolts.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).

5. Remove the radiator grille lower support upper bolts.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

6. Release the radiator grille lower support tabs from the upper radiator and grille support and remove the radiator grille lower support.

7. Remove the power steering fluid cooler bolts and position the power steering fluid cooler aside.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

8. Remove the 4 radiator mount bolts.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

9. Remove the 2 upper radiator and grille support bolts.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).


10. Disconnect the hood position switch electrical connector.

11. Remove the upper radiator and grille support.

12. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Transfer parts as necessary.
