Coolant Inlet Pipe - 3.5L GTDI





NOTE: Intake manifold removed for clarity.









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the thermostat housing. For additional information, refer to Thermostat Housing- 3.5L GTDI .

2. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. For additional information, refer to Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud Service and Repair.

3. Remove the coolant inlet pipe.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal.


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new O-ring seal and lubricate it with clean engine coolant.
