Engine Mount









Removal

1. Remove the engine appearance cover. For additional information, refer to Engine Appearance Cover- Exploded View [1][2]Access Cover, Engine.

2. NOTICE: Failure to position the wood block and floor jack as illustrated can result in damage to the oil pan.

Position a floor jack with a block of wood under the front of the oil pan.






3. Remove the 3 bolts and position the engine coolant degas bottle aside.

4. Remove the nut, bolt and engine mount brace.





5. Remove the 4 engine mount nuts.





6. Remove the 3 bolts and the engine mount.





Installation

1. Install the engine mount and the 3 bolts.
- Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).






2. Install the 4 engine mount nuts.
- Tighten to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).






3. Install the engine mount brace, nut and bolt.
- Tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).






4. Position the engine coolant degas bottle and install the 3 bolts.
- Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).


5. Install the engine appearance cover. For additional information, refer to Engine Appearance Cover- Exploded View [1][2]Access Cover, Engine.
