Heater Core Backflushing

1. WARNING: Do not open the cooling system while it is hot or while the engine is running.

Partially drain the cooling system.

2. NOTE: Refer to the cooling system flusher manufacturer's operating instructions for particular vehicle hook-up.

Use an appropriate cooling system flusher to back flush the heater core. Use premium cooling system flush.
3. Fill the cooling system.
