Cable

REMOVAL







1. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal and shaft.







2. Remove the three accelerator control splash shield bolts and remove the splash shield.







3. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the retaining clip.







4. Depress the accelerator cable lock tabs on the inside of the passenger compartment and push the accelerator cable into the engine compartment.







5. Rotate the throttle lever forward and disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body cam.







6. Remove the snap-in-end fitting of the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket. Remove the accelerator cable.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
