Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the blower motor.
1 Remove the blower motor housing tube.
2 Remove the four screws.
3 Remove the retaining clip.
4 Remove the blower motor.







2. Remove the heater blower motor switch resistor.
1 Remove the two screws.
2 Remove the heater blower motor switch resistor.







3. Remove the evaporator cover.
1 Remove the six screws.
2 Remove the four screws.
3 Remove the evaporator cover.







4. Remove the A/C evaporator core.
1 Remove the seal.
2 Remove the A/C evaporator core.

CAUTION: Use care not to damage or bend the evaporator core cooling fins while handling the A/C evaporator core.

ASSEMBLY
1. Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
