Drive Sprocket/Turbine Shaft

Disassembly





1. Remove the drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal and O-ring.
- Remove the drive sprocket/turbine shaft O-ring.
- Remove the drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal.





2. Inspect the bearing race for wear. If the bearing is worn, install a new drive sprocket/turbine shaft.





3. Remove the turbine shaft front seal.

Assembly





1. Note: Make sure that the seals are mated correctly.

Install the seal and O-ring.
- Install the O-ring.
- Install the seal.





2. Make sure that the seals overlap when installing.





3. Note: Make sure that the seal is locked correctly. Install the turbine shaft front seal.





4. Make sure that the seals lock in place during installation.
