Removal
1. Remove the cowl.





2. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube.





3. Disconnect the brake booster and fuel vapor return hoses.





4. Position the engine vacuum regulator (EVR) aside.
- Remove the nuts.





5. Position the spark plug wires aside.
- Remove the spark plug wire retainers.





6. Note: Do not discard the gasket. The gasket may be reused if it is not damaged. Remove the RH valve cover.

Remove the bolts.

Installation








1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new valve cover gasket as necessary.
