Flushing-Heater Core

Special Tools:

1. Partially drain the cooling system.

2. Note: Refer to the cooling system Flush-All Flusher Operating Instructions for particular vehicle hook-up.

Use cooling system Flush-All, Flush Kit Hardware Package and Drain Kit to backflush the heater core. Use Ford Premium Cooling System Flush F1AZ-19A503-A meeting Ford specification ESR-M14P7-A for vehicles filled with Premium Engine Coolant E2FZ-19549-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M971344-A (green color).
3. Fill the cooling system.
