Two Passenger Seat - Non Reclining

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the seat.







2. Remove the screws from each side.







3. Remove the side seat trim cover from each side.







4. Remove the bolts on each side.







5. Release the J retainers.







6. Remove the hog rings.







7. Remove the frame from the cushion.







8. Remove the bolts.







9. Remove the trim cover from the cushion.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the frame to the cushion.







2. Install the trim cover.
1 Position the trim cover seam at the forward edge of the locator channel.
2 Attach the trim cover to the inside strip of Velcro(R).
3 Attach the trim cover to the outside strip of Velcro(R).

NOTE: The RH side is shown, LH side is identical.







3. Align the trim openings with the trenches in the cushion foam.







4. Install the four trim cover plastic tabs.
1 Squeeze the trim cover plastic tabs.
2 Push the trim cover plastic tabs through the corresponding opening in the seat cushion foam.







5. Install the bolts.







6. Install the hog rings.







7. Install the J retainers.







8. Install the bolts on each side.







9. Make sure the ISO fix anchors are accessible.
10. Install the side trim panels on each side.
11. Install the seat.
12. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
