Latch Remote Control-Liftgate Door

REMOVAL
1. Remove the liftgate door trim panel.






2. Disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod.
^ Release the clip
^ Disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod







3. Release the lock cylinder actuating rod from the lock cylinder.







4. If equipped, disconnect the liftgate door actuator electrical connector.







5. Remove the screw.







6. Remove the liftgate latch remote control screws.







7. Release the cables from the liftgate latch remote control.
8. Remove the liftgate hatch remote control.







9. Remove the actuating rods.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
