Front Bumper Reinforcement: Service and Repair

BUMPER - FRONT

Removal
1. Remove the front bumper cover (17D97).







2. Remove the front bumper isolator (17754).







3. Drill out the spot welds from each side.







4. Remove the bolts from each side.

Installation







1. NOTE: Do not reweld the spot welds that attach the bumper to the side rails.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
