Transfer Case Mount: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.





2. Remove the four bolts and the damper.

Installation





1. Note: If new bolts are not available, coat the threads of the used bolts with Ford Thread lock 262 or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G315-AS Type 1.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
