Bleed Procedure - on-Vehicle

Special Tools:

1. Disconnect the quick connect coupler.
2. Depress the internal mechanism of the male quick connect coupling.
- Slowly depress the clutch pedal to the floor and hold.
3. Release the internal mechanism of the male quick release coupler.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 four times.
5. Connect the quick connect coupler.
6. Close the clutch master cylinder reservoir.
- Stroke the clutch pedal as fast as possible for five to ten strokes.
7. Wait one to three minutes.
- Repeat step 6 three times.
8. Loosen the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw.
- Slowly depress and hold the clutch pedal.
9. Tighten the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw. Release the clutch pedal.
