Flex Plate: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the transmission.
3. Remove the clutch on manual transmission-equipped vehicle.





4. Remove the flywheel bolts.
5. Remove the flywheel.

Installation





1. Install the flywheel.
- Install the six bolts.
2. Install the clutch on manual transmission-equipped vehicles.
3. Install the transmission.
4. Connect the battery ground cable.
