Front Bucket

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the front seat; refer to Seat-Front Bucket, 40 Percent Seat.







2. Unhook the trim cover retainer.







3. Disengage the hook and loop strips and remove the seat trim.

CAUTION: Use care when removing the seat back trim cover from the hook and loop strips or the hook and loop strips may be torn from the seat back foam.






4. Remove the seat back padding from the seat back frame.

CAUTION: Use care when removing the seat back padding because it may be attached to the seat back frame with adhesive.







5. Remove the plastic bag.







6. Remove the cable ties.







7. Remove the lumbar support adjusting cable.
1 Flex the lumbar support.
2 Unhook the lumbar support adjusting cable from the lumbar support.
3 Unhook the lumbar support adjusting cable from the positioning bracket.
4 Remove the lumbar support adjusting cable.







8. Remove the lumbar support adjusting cable positioning bracket.







9. Remove the lumbar support.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
2. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
