Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

REMOVAL






1. Remove the scuff plate.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the scuff plate.
2. On RH quarter trim panel, remove the jack handle carrier cover.







3. On RH quarter trim panel, remove the jack handle carrier.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the jack handle carrier.
4. On LH quarter trim panel, remove the package tray mat.







5. On LH quarter trim panel, remove the package tray.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the package tray.







6. Open the safety belt guide bolt cover.







7. Disconnect the safety belt guide.
1 Remove the nut.
2 Disconnect the safety belt guide.







8. Disconnect the safety belt anchor.
1 Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
2 Disconnect the safety belt anchor.







9. Reposition the quarter trim panel.
1 Remove the pin-type retainers.
2 Reposition the quarter trim panel.







10. Disconnect the radio speaker electrical connector.
11. Remove the quarter trim panel.
^ Feed the safety belt webbing through the quarter trim panel.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
