Main Climate Control

REMOVAL
1. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.







2. Remove the nuts and position the vapor management valve and bracket aside.







3. Release the clamp and disconnect the heater inlet hose from the engine.







4. Release the clamp and disconnect the heater hose from the engine.







5. Disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hose couplings from the heater core.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Lubricate the coolant hoses with Rubber Suspension Insulator Lube E25Y-19553-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESF-M99B112-A.
