Attachment III - Technical Information

1. Verify that the VIN on the Radiator Modification Voucher shown matches the vehicles VIN. (See Example on www.QCDealer.com)

2. If the number matches, replace the radiator. Please refer to SECTION 303-03A: Engine Cooling in the 2000 or 2001 F-150 Workshop Manual for the replacement procedure.

3. Be sure the Radiator Modification Voucher is attached to the repair order and filed in accordance to the record keeping policy published in the Warranty and Policy manual.
