Certain 2000 and 2001 Model Year F-150 Vehicles with the Heavy Duty Electrical/Cooling Group Option - Publications Error

OASIS will not be activated for this program.

NOTE:
Dealers must only perform the radiator modification when presented a radiator modification voucher from the customer. Radiator modification vouchers will include the customer's name, address and the VIN of their vehicle that must match the VIN of the vehicle that is to be modified.

DEALER-OWNER CONTACT

Affected vehicles will not appear on your dealer Online Involved Unit Listings available on QCDealer.com. Unsold units and units sold after May 5, 2001 are not eligible for this program.

When you receive notification through Customer Data Link (CuDL), you should contact the customer and arrange for this service. Please note that our Low Volume Program Coordination Center will advise customers that they will hear from you within the next two business days. For more information, see "Low Volume Announcement Letter" dated May 10, 1999.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Enter claims using DWE

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information

^ Claiming information will be provided on the Radiator Modification Voucher the customer must present prior to modification of their vehicle.

^ Be sure to add the part number to the claim in ACESII

NOTE:
Claims will not be paid unless there is a radiator voucher associated with the customer's vehicle. Claiming instructions are included on the customer's radiator modification voucher they received from F-150 Radiator Program Headquarters when they chose Option 3.

OWNER REFUNDS

Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid repairs made before the date of the Owner Letter. Refer to ACESII manual for refund information.
