OVER 8500 GVW - WITH S5- 42 ZF, 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION

DISASSEMBLY
Place each rail in a suitable soft-jawed vise, then using a suitable drift, drive two roll pins from 1st/2nd, 5th/reverse shift fork, and gearshift finger on central shift rail. Slide each of the forks off its
rail, then the finger off the central shift rail.

ASSEMBLY
With each shift rail in a suitable soft-jawed vise, slide forks on rail, then drive in new roll pins through fork, finger and rail.
