Flow of Diagnosis

1. Get an accurate description of the complaint and road test vehicle to verify.
2. Check TSB'S for manual updates, testing procedures, warranty and recall information.
3. Perform underhood inspection.
4. Visually check:
- Vacuum hoses for splits, kinks, and proper routing.
- All wiring for proper connections, pinches and cuts.
- Wiring harness for proper routing.
5. Check for missing components.
