Submit claims using the 1864 format on the DWE screen. (Refer to your Warranty and Policy Manual Section 6.3) Use a Form 1863 or authorized alternative repair order to support your DWE entry.

Labor Allowances

Replace Powertrain Control Module, Attach Authorized Modifications and vehicle Emissions control Information Labels. Prepare and Return Removed Module:

0.4 Hrs. - Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864

Note:
Add 0.1 Hour Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.

ORDER PARTS KITS BY CALLING 1-800-325-5621. PROVIDE YOUR LOCATION ADDRESS, P & A CODE AND THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER(S) OF THE TRUCK(S) TO BE SERVICED. PARTS KITS WILL BE SENT AT NO-CHARGE.

Parts Return - Removed Powertrain Control Modules

Place the removed module in the new module shipping box and mark the outside of the box with the recall number "Emissions Recall 93E51". Ship freight prepaid to Ford Electronics and Refrigeration Corporation, (FERCO) at the following address:

Recover prepaid freight charges as outlined in Section 6.1-40 of the Warranty and Policy manual.
