A19 - Check For PIP Short High-ICM and PCM Disconnected-KOEO

^ Key off.

^ DVOM on 20 volt DC scale.

^ Key on, engine off.

^ Measure voltage between J43 (PIP I) and J7 (B-) at breakout box.

^ Is DC voltage less than 0.5 volts?

YES -- GO to A20. A20 - Check For PIP Short to Ground-ICM and PCM

NO -- Check connectors, service or replace harness. PIP is shorted high. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
