REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Loosen adjustment and pivot bolts.
2. Remove old belts.
3. Install new belts, ensure proper belt groove contact.
4. Adjust belt tension as follows:
a. Using belt tension gauge part No. T63L-8620-A or equivalent, at mid point between pulleys.
b. Loosen accessory adjustment and pivot bolt.
c. Move accessory, do not damage accessory housing.
d. Tighten adjustment bolt.
e. Release pressure.
f. Tighten pivot bolt to specifications.
g. Recheck belt tension.
