PROCEDURE

1. Verify problem.

2. Perform "Initial Preparations". Fundamentals and Basics

3. Remove water pump. Service and Repair

4. Clean and inspect the gasket surface. Fundamentals and Basics

5. Install water pump. Service and Repair
- Installation Tips and Hints. Fundamentals and Basics

6. Fill with coolant and perform "After Repairs Leak Check".

7. Reconnect battery.

8. Bleed and top off coolant. Bleeding

9. Perform "After Repairs Operational Check".

10. Perform "After Repairs Test Drive".
