Enclosed, as information only, is a copy of FPSD's Emissions Recall Bulletin 89E82 applicable to the subject North American built vehicles. A formal announcement via a FIES Service Recall Bulletin is not being made as Corporate records disclose that only six involved vehicles were exported by FIES and the involved dealer has been contacted by direct mail.

If you receive inquiries on this recall from dealers in your territory, you may provide them vith the needed service and parts information from the enclosed bulletin.

Please note that some details such as parts ordering and claim submission procedures are applicable to U.S. dealers only. Your locations will abide by established FIES procedures in that all recall parts orders must be placed to Wixom and all Form 1864 claim submissions and affiliate North American Recall debits must be submitted to FIES, Wixom.
