Modification of the engine cooling fan and fan clutch mounting system to accomodate the installation of a non-Ford air conditioner or other engine-driven equipment may affect the durability of the fan, fan clutch or water pump. For these reasons, modifications to the fan and fan clutch mounting system are not to be performed.
