This letter supersedes Service Letter # 000-8

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The catalytic converter and E.G.R. valve have been certified for proper operation up to 50,000 miles.

Therefore, the inspection or replacement of these components is no longer necessary as a 25,000 mile maintenance.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Warranty Claims will not be accepted for 25,000 mile maintenance of the catalytic converter and E.G.R. valve.
