DISCUSSION:

An O-Ring, PN 4584339, must be installed on the hub/bearing dust cap to eliminate the possibility of water or dust getting into the rear wheel bearings.

Rear Wheel Hub/Bearing Dust Cap O-Ring PN 4584339


PROCEDURE:

Figure 1:

When service requires removal of the hub/bearing dust cap, install the O-Ring (PN 4584339) on the rear wheel hub/bearing dust cap as shown in Figure 1.
