Many components in the Premier four-wheel disc brake system are similar to those used on models with standard brakes.

Refer to the 1989 Premier Service Manual for service information on the front calipers and brake pads, master cylinder, power booster, proportioning valve, brake lines, pedals, brake bleeding and service diagnosis.

Only those components unique to the four-wheel disc brake system are covered in this section. Components covered include: the rear disc brake calipers brake pads, rotors, brake lines and parking brake cables.
