No Heat or A/C

If the heat-a/c system is completely inoperative, check the following for voltage:
1. Fuse # 2.
2. Air control module terminal D13 to ground Battery voltage
3. Air control module terminal D3 to ground Battery voltage
4. Air control module terminal D3 to terminal D7 Battery voltage
5. Control switch module connector E3 to ground 5 volts
If any of the voltages are incorrect, check the wiring diagram and repair the indicated circuit.
