A new 500 cold cranking Amp maintenance free battery was introduced as a running change on the 1988 Premier. The test procedures published in the M.R. 287 are no longer applicable as the vent caps on the new battery cannot be removed to gain access to individual cells. This bulletin provides test and charging procedures for the new battery.
